Firstly, we would like to thank you for your patience & for choosing to support our small business by purchasing with us. 

 

We understand that your order is possibly delayed and behind schedule, we would like to offer our sincere apologies for this delay in receiving your treats, unfortunately we have had to close our business temporarily due to an overwhelming amount of support & demand shown over the past few weeks. 

 

Our business model sadly was not built for such large amounts of orders and we have fallen behind, due to every item being handmade - we simply have not had enough man power to get through it all.

 

Your order is our top priority & the team are working around the clock to ensure we can dispatch your goods as soon as possible! 

• If you ordered between 27th - 29th August, we aim to dispatch first thing next week. You will receive a shipping confirmation on Monday 11th.

   

• If you ordered between 30th August - 1st September, we aim to dispatch mid-week, est. 13th September.

   

• If you ordered between 2nd - 4th September, we aim to dispatch towards the end of the week. est. 15th September.

   

• All orders past 4th September will be shipped week beginning 18th. 

*Please note there may be a chance we can get your order to you sooner, we just wanted to be realistic with dispatch times​*

 

We will then be back on track after re-opening the online store, shipping as standard between 3-5 working days. 

 

Free treats and/or edible enrichment is to be included within all late orders, as an apology from us all. 

 

Since closing, we are re-structing our business model to ensure no further delays in the future occur, this includes hiring assistance & improving our range of treats, to offer quicker delivery.
