I need to make an amendment to my monthly box subscription?
Good news! We can do this all for you our end. We have the ability to suspend your box, cancel, amend the shipping address (not billing) and update your new payment method. Please email us for assistance or with any questions in relation to your box.
Instead of cancelling, we can now suspend your subscription until you decide to re-activate! This way it locks your current price in place, as when you cancel and re-subscribe the latest price via the store will be the new cost per month.
What if I am not satisfied with ChewyChewsUK?
We always hope you are 100% satisfied with your orders, but if you have any concerns or issues, we will do our best to accommodate.

Refunds: ChewyChewsUK has a no return, no refund policy in place. This means we do not offer full refunds - however we always will do our best to resolve any issues and we do deal with this on a case by case basis. If we reach out to you to resolve and hear no response after 14 days, we will no longer be able to assist with either re-sending your order out or refunding.

Who do you ship with?
We use Royal Mail as our trusted couriers with fully tracked delivery. Royal Mail is also used for all international shipping.

We offer both UK and International shipping.
UK residents includes - England, Wales & Scotland, we ship via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. For international customers please visit our Shipping page. For our wonderful Ireland furry friends, we offer a highly competitive flat rate for up to 5kg via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
ChewyChews orders take 5 working days to be dispatched, as everything is handmade, and we put many hours into making sure every package perfect! Dispatch days are separate to delivery days. After up to 5 working days, we give the parcel to Royal Mail who will then take an additional 48hrs *UK only Or *3-8 working days for international orders, to deliver to your door.
Unfortunately, we can't speed this process up as everything we do is made from scratch and super fresh!
Please expect delays during peak seasons/ special occasions such as Halloween, Christmas, Valentines and Easter.
We do keep our socials up to date, should their be any unexpected delays.
There are new EU customs regulations meaning we do not ship to all countries within the European Union. All postage is calculated based on the orders weight at checkout. EU and International orders are subject to VAT and customs fees upon arrival.

What ingredients do you use? Is it safe for my bunny or furry friend?
All our treats are hay based and made with hypoallergenic grain free Marriages pellet mix. Find out more about our base mixes below! All fruit and vegetables are dehydrated by us -nothing additionally added to preserve. We never use any food colourings, additives or un-natural flavourings. All colour is from natural fruit and vegetables either dried into a powder or crushed into the base of the mix. GMO free and Oat free!
Please check our ingredients list for each item before purchasing. Any questions do let us know - we are more than happy to discuss all components of our base mixes. All treats are suitable for young & old furry friends, plus the ones with sensitive tums. Any concerns surrounding intolerances, always consult your vet first. Our treats are dehydrated, so that no active ingredients remain - in the process this makes them crunchy and hard which is great for the teeth! Should your pet not be suitable for hard treats, we recommend our forage blends, fruit, veggies and custom boxes.
Sensitive tummies are well catered for in our range of chews. Including anti-cancer properties as well as natural relaxants. If you are looking for recommendations - you can reach out to us or our awesome rep team over on Instagram to get to know their favourites.
For Guinea Pigs & Hamsters, you can filter our shop page to find which treats will be suitable. We always specify which are safe, as not all our items will be recommended for piggies due to flour and certain other ingredients, please always make sure you are choosing the correct products for your furry friends as each category of treats are made with the designated pellet for that animal. Payment Query? Including Subscriptions
Always feel free to contact us with any concerns. If you have an active monthly box subscription with us, please note that you are unable to change direct debit payment information mid-term, only the shipping address. If you need to change your card details, please contact us. Secure payment is available on this website via Wix Payments, accepting debit and credit cards. We also accept alternative methods including PayPal and Apple Pay via our website.
Do you offer customised orders?
Yes we do! we love custom orders, whether that may be baking without specific ingredients or larger quantities of treats. There is a minimum order of £100.00 for custom treats. Including the designing of your own cutters and shapes. We always offer gift wrap for those sending our boxes as presents. Please note that there may be wait times on custom orders.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Our Base Mixes!
Here at ChewyChewsUK, we offer four main base mixes!
Each base mix is created by using animal specific pellet, pea flake & flour, mixed herbs, leafy greens and blends of timothy & meadow hay. Alongside additional ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, flowers & forage blends to top any treats depending on the order. Zero oats!
Each base is hand rolled & every treat is singularly cut - no machines involved! We take pride on ensuring each chew produced is up to standard & perfect for your furry friend. No harmful ingredients, all natural, safe & organic. With more bases to follow, stay tuned!
